We're Hiring - Graphic Designer

As a Graphic Designer, you are a 360-experiential designer. You think about your designs through a multitude of lenses and have a fundamental understanding of how people are interacting with what you put out in the world. Besides having a passion for all things food, you are on the pulse with the latest in design and technology as well as social media and digital trends.

You are reporting to the Creative Lead / Art Director

What You Will Do:

  • Conceptualize, develop, and produce creative from inception through to execution

  • Work with our internal teams to develop top tier campaigns

  • Conceptualize and execute design work across all forms of media, including digital (website, email, and social), print, retail, packaging, communication, campaigns, out of home and experiential

  • Ensure consistency in branding, visual language, and overall aesthetics of our client brands through all channels

  • Continue supporting the creative team with the evolution of always-on social content and campaigns in new and fresh ways


What You Will Need:

  • 3+ years graphic design experience in a studio/agency environment

  • Experience with food brands, packaging, and lifestyle brands an asset

  • Graphic Design Diploma or equivalent

  • Extremely organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking in an evolving business

  • Ability to work quickly, efficiently, and accurately within all required aspects of the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

  • Experience with XD, Dimension, and Lightroom is a plus

  • Experience managing a high volume of creative and campaign types in parallel

  • On-set experience with Art Directors and Photographers is an asset

  • A portfolio featuring a range of creative and integrated campaigns, with a diversity of ideas and approaches to problem-solving

  • Self-Starter and problem solver

  • Team player and relationship builder

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to manage and work on multiple projects at the same time and with tight deadlines

  • Ability to listen and interpret feedback and come up with creative solutions
